POS for the store behind the pumps.

For fuel sites, we set up the store side: the counter, the cooler run, the coffee bar, and the card acceptance behind all of it. Fuel dispensers run on their own controller — we’ll tell you plainly where our part starts and where it stops.

Store-side POS
Inventory that runs deep
Built for the counter

Everything the store side actually needs.

Every site we set up gets the same core toolkit — configured around a queue that forms while the pump runs and a shelf list that keeps growing.

The store counter, done properly

Scanning, deep inventory, and a fast till for the line that forms while the pump is still running.

Coffee and hot food

If you run a coffee bar or a hot food counter, it rings up on the same system with its own sizes and modifiers.

Where fuel fits

Dispensers run through a fuel controller, not through Clover. Tell us which controller you have and we'll be straight about what talks to what before you spend anything.

More than one register

Add a second till for the morning rush. Both report into the same back office rather than two separate ones.

Cashier accounts & shift reports

Per-cashier logins, drawer counts, and shift reports across every shift a site runs.

Reporting by hour and category

See what the store actually earns next to the fuel, and which hours are worth staffing properly.

Typical stack

A forecourt store setup we ship every week.

Most fuel sites land on some version of this hardware mix for the store side. We’ll right-size it once we know your counter layout and what else you sell.

Clover Station Duo

Two screens, an integrated printer, and room for a scanner and a cash drawer. The main counter register.

Clover Mini

A compact second till for the morning rush or a coffee counter on the other side of the store.

Valor VP800

A smart terminal alternative when you want card acceptance and reporting without a full POS behind it.

Clover Kiosk

Self-ordering for a coffee or hot-food counter, pulling the same menu as the till.

Every format

From one site to a group of stations.

Same fair pricing, same 24/7 support, hardware tuned to how your store side actually runs.

FAQ

Site operators always ask.

No — and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. Fuel dispensers run through a fuel controller, which is a separate system. What we set up is everything on the store side of the counter. Tell us which controller you have and we’ll tell you honestly what does and doesn’t talk to it.

Lottery is normally a separate terminal issued by the state rather than something the POS handles. Age-restricted items can be flagged so the terminal prompts your staff to check ID. Both depend on your setup and your state, so we’ll confirm the specifics in writing before you buy.

Yes, and it usually should. Drinks get their own sizes and modifiers while still ringing into one set of numbers, so you can see what the coffee counter earns on its own.

As many as the counter needs. They share one catalog and one back office, so a price change lands everywhere at once instead of being retyped per till.

Often, yes. Clover hardware works with several processors. Send a recent statement and we’ll quote both keeping your account and moving it, so you can pick whichever nets you more.

Ready when you are

Send us your shelf list — we'll send back a full POS plan.

Free consult, no pressure. Most sites get a full quote back the same day.
