Is the 14-inch enough for a whole kitchen?
For a café, a counter-service kitchen, or anywhere ticket volume is moderate, yes. If several cooks need to read the same screen across a busy line, the 24-inch is the better call.
Can I run more than one?
Yes, and most kitchens eventually do — typically one per station, with routing set so each screen only shows its own items.
