A flexible omnichannel gateway with tokenization, hosted checkout, and gateway-agnostic recurring billing. Built for merchants who sell in more than one place and don’t want to be locked in. Real rates and 24/7 bilingual support behind it.

Bilingual support
If you take payments online, at a counter, and on a phone, NMI’s pitch is that all three run through one gateway — and that the card tokens stay yours if you ever change processor.
Web, counter, and mobile payments through one gateway, so the day's takings reconcile in one place rather than three.
Cards on file are stored as tokens rather than numbers, which keeps card data off your systems and out of PCI scope.
A payment page NMI hosts, so sensitive card entry never happens on your own server — a shortcut through most of PCI.
Subscription billing that isn't welded to one processor, so changing who processes your cards doesn't mean rebuilding your billing.
Because the tokens and the billing logic sit at the gateway, moving processor is a commercial decision rather than a rebuild.
A well-documented API for anyone building a custom checkout, alongside plugins for the mainstream carts.
A gateway is software, not hardware — there’s nothing to ship, and no spec sheet to read. What matters is what it connects to and what it costs to run.
Payment gateway (software, no hardware)
Omnichannel, tokenization, gateway-agnostic recurring billing
Major carts, plus a documented API for custom checkouts
A merchant account — the gateway alone doesn’t process payments
24/7 bilingual, same team from quote to go-live
Not sure whether you need NMI or Authorize.net? We’ll pick based on your cart, your billing model, and what you already run — no upsell.
Send a recent processing statement — we come back with an apples-to-apples quote including gateway fees.
We open the gateway account, link it to your merchant account, and set up tokenization.
Cart, counter, and mobile wired to the same gateway, then a test transaction on each before you go live.
A walkthrough of the portal for whoever handles refunds and reporting, plus real 24/7 bilingual support after go-live.
Authorize.net is the safer default: older, more widely documented, supported by almost every cart. NMI is the better fit if you sell across several channels, want tokenization you can carry between processors, or need gateway-agnostic recurring billing. We’ll recommend based on your setup, not on which pays us more.
It means the stored cards and the billing schedules live at the gateway rather than being welded to one processor. If you later move processor, you’re renegotiating a rate rather than rebuilding your checkout and re-collecting card details.
Not for a mainstream cart. For a custom or headless checkout you will, and NMI’s API is well documented for exactly that — we’ll say plainly which situation you’re in.
Yes. A gateway carries the transaction; the merchant account is where the money settles. We quote both together so the total cost is visible up front.
Free consult, no pressure. We’ll quote the gateway fees alongside the processing rate, not after it.
Proudly serving small businesses across all 50 states.
